Western Harmonics Order Handling Policy - June 2023
We strive to provide transparency regarding order processing
and shipping times. As a manufacturer and seller, Western Harmonics is
committed to efficiently producing and delivering our products. We are
continuously working to improve our order handling times and increase our
production volume.
Order Handling Times:
Order handling times are subject to variation based on
factors such as demand and inventory availability. We make every effort to
process and ship orders promptly. The
most recent update to order handling times can be found at the top of this
page. Please note that during peak seasons, such as summer, order handling
times may extend beyond 5-7 business days due to higher volume production and
demand. However, in some cases, shipping can be as quick as the following day. We’re working to improve order handling time
in peak season. Most of our products are
in the Amazon Catalog in several continents.
Prime delivery is available on Amazon for fastest shipments when in
stock.
Pre-Order:
Items listed as pre-order are those items where we need your support in helping us to introduce, produce and expand availability of the offering listed as pre order. Since fans can be considered a seasonal item, items that are on Pre Order may arrive after summer or prior to early spring or not aligning with a response to a natural disaster. Our products exist because our customers placed pre orders and allowed us to complete the order. Pre orders are considered final and do not follow a prescribed arrival date. Every effort is made to expedite parts or goods production and ship your pre ordered item as quickly as possible. Every effort is made to be out of pre order and instead in stock by Western Harmonics. It benefits Western Harmonics to be in stock and not on pre order. Pre-order items have extended delivery time frames. For example, during the year 2022 over 500 pre ordered items were shipped alongside a much larger number of in stock items.
Pre Orders can range into the hundreds of units on pre order and hundreds of units in production…which is thousands of parts, and cover months of time. If you are intending to place a pre order and do not fully understand this is considered a non-refundable purchase that will ship to you, and do not feel that you can wait for the arrival of your pre ordered item, even if the time involved is several months, then pre order Is not right for you and we ask you not place a pre order if this is the case. It’s not ok to place a pre order and then cancel prior to product arrival or at any random time while we are producing and filling your pre order. These rules are enforced so that we can protect everyone from unreasonable and unnecessary delays in production and shipping as the result of a harmful cancellation. Pre order funds that are received are used in the manufacturing & production, and delivery to you of the pre ordered item to you.
100% Guarantee. Any item that we ship to a customer including pre orders are guaranteed to ship as quickly as possible, and run as intended upon arrival. In the event an item is damaged in shipping, a free replacement is provided.
The item description clearly states if an item is available for pre-order.
Pre Orders after the time of this update will have a completion date that will not exceed 1 year.
Extended Delivery:
Items listed with extended delivery are new products being
introduced into the market, and their shipping times may exceed the normal
order handling times for kits and systems. These listings will clearly indicate
extended delivery time frames. Please review the item description for specific
details.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, if you placed an order in error and need to
cancel it, you must contact us within 3 business days of placing the order.
After this window, your order is considered final, enters the production queue,
and will be shipped accordingly. All sales are final, except in cases where the
cancellation request is made within the designated cancellation window.
Additional Information:
Complete Systems: Certain complete systems, including those
with multiple components such as solar panels and batteries, may be shipped in
multiple boxes. Please note that the delivery of these multi-box items may
deviate from the normal order handling times, mainly due to the volume of
orders.
Orders Shipping Outside Of The Continental United States:
Customers placing orders outside of the continental United States will incur an
additional shipping charge calculated based on their location. We strive to ship
internationally in the most economical manner possible. Kindly contact us
before ordering to obtain an exact cost. Import duties or local taxes will be
the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary based on location.
New Product Introduction: Due to high demand or pre-orders,
new products recently introduced may experience longer-than-expected order
handling times. Updates will be provided in the item listing description if
this applies.
