Exchanges
Items that are damaged in transit are eligible for a replacement free of charge. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days past the receipt of your item.  7 days have gone by since your item was delivered to your address, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for a full refund.  We accept returns of new unused goods.

To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be complete and include all items including the original packaging.  Returns for new unused goods will receive a shipping label for item return.  A refund is issued when the item is received back in return.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Items in Pre Order production, prior to receipt of goods
  • Paid Shipping that has been used.
  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping.

Refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
